The controller of your data at this stage is Mahmoud Elzahhar, acting as a natural person, established in Denmark. No registered company operates Letaskono yet, so there is no CVR (business-register) number at this time.

Planned future change: before the full paid platform launches, a legal company is planned to be established and to take over responsibility for the data. When that happens we will update this notice (with the company's name, address and registration number) and clearly notify subscribers of the change, with your right to object and unsubscribe unchanged. That transition has NOT happened yet.
We do not collect your date of birth, and we use no analytics, tracking or advertising tools.
We use your data for nothing else: no further marketing, no selling of data, no sharing with anyone for their own purposes.
Letaskono is for adults (18+) everywhere. This is a platform eligibility rule; it is not a statement about the legal marriage age in any country. Signup requires declaring it, and if we learn a subscriber is under 18 we erase their data completely and immediately and send nothing. (For legal accuracy: Denmark's age of digital consent is 15 and other countries differ — Letaskono's own rule is 18+ regardless.)
Subscriber data is stored on a server physically located in the United States (Namecheap hosting). The EU–US adequacy decision (Data Privacy Framework) does not cover Namecheap — it is not on the DPF list — so this transfer relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Decision (EU) 2021/914, Module 2) incorporated in Namecheap's Data Processing Addendum, where you can obtain a copy of these safeguards. If you choose the WhatsApp channel, the Meta group processes its data under its own mechanisms (Meta Platforms, Inc. participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).

At any time you may: access your data and receive a copy in a portable machine-readable format (JSON), rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, object to legitimate-interest processing, and withdraw your consent — withdrawing is as easy and as free as giving it, and does not affect the lawfulness of what happened before withdrawal.
How: write to privacy@letaskono.com from the registered email address (or from the registered WhatsApp number if that is your only channel) and state your request. We answer within one month at the latest. We do not ask for ID documents for this kind of data — proving control of the registered contact channel is sufficient.
To stop messages immediately: use the unsubscribe link included in every email we send, or reply «إيقاف» (stop) on WhatsApp. Each channel is independent: stopping email does not stop WhatsApp and vice versa — unless you ask us to stop everything.
Honesty note: after erasure the following remains: a salted one-way hash on the suppression list (your address or number cannot be reconstructed from it) so we never contact you again; a consent-ledger history under a random internal reference holding only partially masked contact fragments; delivery-log rows with the address masked (deleted per the section-8 schedule); and internal audit entries under the same random reference.

The public Letaskono page sets no cookies, uses no local storage and no analytics or tracking pixels. The single exception: the internal admin panel (staff only) uses one technically necessary session cookie for login, used for nothing else. The site therefore needs no cookie consent banner.
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: encryption in transit (HTTPS), the database stored outside the public web directory with restricted permissions, confirmation links stored only as one-way hashes, contact details masked by default in the admin panel with granular permissions and an audit trail, and no raw IP addresses in our database. No system can guarantee absolute security, but the system is designed on a data-minimisation principle.
We make no automated decisions and do no profiling at this stage.
If we change this notice materially we will publish the new version here with a new version number and effective date, and inform confirmed subscribers of material changes via their registered channel before the changes affect them.
